Operations and Company Set-Up
In recognition that running an airline is not an easy task, the company will need to be operated by professionals hired by the shareholders, therefore no further involvement is needed from the shareholder other than simply being a shareholder of the new company.
Legal
The Company is to be set up in the normal way, only with shareholders sharing the same common interest – cheaper flight tickets for the Tour Operator Shareholders.
What will we gain as an investor?
1) FINANCIAL BENEFITS: Earnings of BP£145,600 (calculations based on one flight per Summer Season.)
If seats are £35 cheaper at cost on every flight
– £35 x 160 seats x 26 weeks = £145.600 profit or selling the seats for packaging or to sell as flight only.

Therefore making the money you invested back within the first year of operations, and still having the operation ongoing for the year ahead.
